Who We're Looking For

We don't care where you've worked or where you went to school.

We're looking for a cracked founding engineer who:

  • •Has shipped awesome projects, with at least one being AI-related
  • •Is high-agency - you can find problems, talk to users, and ship solutions
  • •Writes and ships code insanely fast
  • •Lives in SF or wants to relocate here

What You'll Be Doing

  • •Building agentic systems that execute complex marketing workflows
  • •Creating evals to measure the reliability of browser agents
  • •Running experiments to build the most performant marketing agents in the world
  • •Building scalable infrastructure to support thousands of AI marketing employees

Plus lots of stuff we can't predict — you'll be building something that's never been built before!

Compensation will range between $105K - $160K USD and 1 - 3% equity.
