What Astral is
Astral makes launch and demo videos with an AI agent, from material you provide. Each video, whether bought on its own or from a plan, includes chat edits and other formats of that video within fair use.
Plans
Starter is one video, paid once. Growth is a monthly subscription that includes a set number of videos each month; unused videos roll over for two months, then expire. Extra videos on Growth are charged at the listed price. You can cancel Growth any time; it runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and videos you already have stay usable until they expire.
Workspaces
You can invite people into your workspace. Everyone in it can see its videos and brand, ask for changes and start videos on its plan. The owner manages billing. Review links let anyone with the link watch, comment and approve; turn a link off to stop it working.
Your material
You confirm you have the right to share everything you upload or connect (websites, files, screenshots, repositories). We use it only to make your video and to operate the service.
Your video
The finished video is yours to use commercially. Music and sound effects are sourced for use in the video; check any third-party asset licenses before other uses.
Payment and refunds
Videos are paid for up front. If we can't deliver your first version, we refund you in full automatically, or return the video to your plan if it came from one. Because every video is custom work, we don't otherwise offer refunds after delivery, but we'll work with you by chat until it's right. Subscription fees aren't refunded for part months.
Fair use
Edits are included for the video you paid for. A single video has a usage limit that almost no project reaches; if yours does, we'll be in touch. Using one video's chat to make unrelated videos isn't allowed.
AI output
The agent researches public information and your material, and can make mistakes. Review your video before you publish it.
